1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Senna Santini website (the "Site") and the sale of goods from our online store. By accessing and using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ordering Process

When placing an order with us, you will be provided with a summary of your order, including details of the product(s) you are purchasing, the price, and shipping charges. You will be required to confirm your order before we process it. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with tracking information.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon (GMT) on Fridays or Saturdays will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver your goods within the timescales outlined below. However, delivery times are estimates only, and we do not guarantee delivery on specific dates. Deliveries are processed only on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Shipping fees will vary depending on your location and the value of your order.

We do not ship to high-risk countries, including but not limited to regions in Africa, China, or Russia, due to international restrictions.

Shipping to USA, please add 100% to the prices. It costs double to ship to USA from UK.

4. Returns and Replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, undamaged, and unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Used or opened merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Please retain the original packaging, tags, and documentation when returning items.

For gifts, Senna Santini does not accept returns.

To initiate a return, please complete the return section on the packing slip, noting the reason for the return. Returns must be sent using the return label included in your order to ensure proper processing.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for us to process your return. Any applicable restocking or pickup fees may apply.
